Traveling for Peace.

Are you running away from something?

Whether it’s work or personal, some people want to hide things from others or they feel it’s best not to open up as they never know the repercussions it might have. We still believe in the old traditional format of what if they know about it and would pinpoint me for it. The old belief that you live in a society where all respect you for who you are and what you do. Your actions play an important role.

I still remember everyone telling us you can’t do this because what will people say about you. The baby boomers and the millennials think and approach society & people differently. They tend to feel that they are open to the world they live in and everything be it the way they talk, to present themselves completely depends on the type of individuals they want to be. They won’t run away from situations but face them with solutions.

Every generation plays a pivotal role in their life. Gen Y believes in traveling for peace because that motivates them to be who they are. They like to explore places that are beyond anyone. That’s how they differentiate themselves from others.

Travelling is peace of mind and opening up your mind to new ideas and people. Getting to know people and engrossing yourself in their lifestyle is what brings a high in their life. Traveling is a notion where you re-invent yourself by keeping everything planned.

As rightly said, “We travel not to escape life but for life not to escape us.” We let go of things to start fresh in life and traveling helps us press the refresh button. Some people travel due to depression or something bothering their minds. Now in this pandemic and layoffs all around the world and the travel companies also shut due to no business people are thinking about travel but don’t know how safe would it be.

It’s a do or die situation now as if we keep on staying at home we would be helpless to not enjoy our life. People are living day after day in the hope of having a better life tomorrow. But as we move ahead the situations are worsening.

This doesn’t mean we stop living it. We have our travel memories which always make us laugh and smile. Wherever we go we go with all our hearts because that’s what brings us to a stage of happiness and adventure.

Life is short and the world is wide. The journey might be tough but at the end, you are at peace wherever you go. You take something with you and leave something behind.
